The public house typifies the fragmented and bias void left on the landscape. The highly segregated and at times monotonous notion of high consumerism masked through a lens of public amenity renders the public house as a strictly private and for unsafe affair. While unconscious means of separation and distinction litter our society and thus our suburban landscape, bringing between the realms dampens these unconscious biases allowing for the wider community use of the public house to be enhanced.

The public house that embraces the people it serves instead of its consumerism reverts back to its namesake, public house.

By holding vitality that serve the entire community the public house is rendered central to the suburbs, inviting all to interact with its amenities and providing a safe space for those who want to interact but are unable. Bolstering the suburban landscape, inviting and promoting human connections and placing inherent care upon the fragments of the entire community.
